additional affidavit on behalf of the Petitioner is placed on record.

2. This application has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.10674 of 2014, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 7th October, 2021.

3. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.
