This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 20.10.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that inadvertently it has been mentioned "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 4th paragraph of the
aforesaid order dated 20.10.2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct the cause title as well as contents of the bail application in Court today. 7.
Accordingly, the expression "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" occurred in the 4th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 20.10.2022 be read as "J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road".

So far as the extension of time to surrender of the Petitioners before the Court of J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road is concerned, the time to surrender of the Petitioners is extended to another four weeks from today subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 9.
It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Rest part of the said order dated 20.10.2022 remains unaltered. 11.
I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
