Heard Ms. Kasturi, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. Padmanava Jena, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate representing opposite party no.1 and Mr. Amitav Das, learned counsel representing opposite party nos.2, 3 & 4.

Ms. Kasturi submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by inaction of the authorities, more particularly, opposite party no.2 in disbursing the compensation to them despite acquiring their land i.e. Plot No.16 under Khata No.46 of Mouza-Radhakrushnapur under Athagarh Police State in the District of Cuttack covering an area of Ac.0.34 dec. 3.

Mr. Das submits that for such purpose, the petitioners should approach the opposite party no.2, Land Acquisition Officer, National Highway-55, Cuttack for redressal of their

During course of hearing, Ms. Kasturi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to approach opposite party no.2, Land Acquisition Officer, National Highway-55, Cuttack for redressal of their grievances.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach opposite party no.2, Land Acquisition Officer, National Highway-55, Cuttack for redressal of their grievances. 6.

It is needless to say that in case such a motion is made, opposite party no.2 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law.
