Mr. Paul, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

petitioner and submits, his client is an old lady, who wants permission from opposite party no.4 (Tahasildar) to alienate a part of her property. She made representation dated 10th August, 2021 to, inter alia, opposite party no.4. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, subject matter of the writ petition relates to entry no.4 in assignment list of Hon'ble Miss Justice S.Ratho. Mr. Paul's response is that his client seeks permission to alienate. On receiving permission, document for alienation will be presented for registration.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's said representation dated 10th August, 2021.

// 2 // Petitioner will approach said opposite party with copy of the representation and this order. Within three weeks of communication, opposite party will either give permission or inform petitioner as to why it will not be given. 4.
