This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner, therefore prays, that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties by considering the facts and grounds stated above may allow this writ petitioner directing the Sub-Registrar, Athamallik (opposite party no.5) to grant permission for alienation of the above mentioned land of the petitioner in Khata No.73/27, Plot No.439, measuring an area Ac.0.320 decimals, KisamTaila-1, of Mouza-Tusar, SRO/Tahasil-Athamallik, Tahasil No.132, P.S. Athamallik P.S.No.17, Dist.-Angul in the interest of justice;

And may pass such other order(s) direction(s) as this Hon'ble court deem just and proper as circumstances justify in favour of the petitioner;

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the grievance involved herein, this Court finds such an application is required to be disposed of by the Tahasildar, Athamallik- opposite party no.4. It is in this view of the matter, this Court observes in the event the application at page-11 is still pending before the Tahasildar, Athamallik, the same may be considered in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of
