In course of hearing of the bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits to withdraw the bail application and made a specific submission that trial be expedited.

The prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application. In view of the specific submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly the BLAPL is disposed of.
