Order No 2.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- To quash/modify the impugned order under Annexure-6 passed by respondent no.5 by declaring as illegal and erroneous and allow the applicant to regularize in the post of TGT from 2.6.2018 fix the scale of pay of Rs.9300/-34,800/- as TGT instead of level-V scale as usual as per Annexure1 and Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit and proper for the interest of justice.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.5 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same
// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.5 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
