This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks for a direction to the I.I.C., Jaleswar Police Station (opposite party no.3) to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner as F.I.R. though Station Diary Entry No.13 has already been made since 08.01.2022.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the A.S.I. of Jaleswar Police Station to immediately register the complaint lodged by the petitioner as F.I.R. failing which he/she shall be booked under Section 166 of the I.P.C. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
