It is submitted that against the order of punishment passed against the petitioner under Anneuxre-9, though the petitioner has preferred an appeal before Opp. Party No.1 under Annexure-10 but the same has not yet been considered and disposed of.

In view of such limited nature of prayer made by Mr. Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court while disposing the matter directs the opp. party No.1 to consider and dispose of the appeal alleged to have been filed vide Annexure-10 to the writ petition within a period of four months from today, if there is no other legal impediment. 5.
