Considering that the application for transfer of ownership at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 is pending before the Development Authority- Opposite Party No.2, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to consider the same in accordance with law and undertake appropriate exercise at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
