The Original Application No.2402 (C) of 2018 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OA) No.2402 of 2018. 3.

The Petitioner prayed for a direction to allow grade pay of Rs. 5400/- consequent upon grant of 3rd up-gradation under Revised Assured Career Progression Scheme.

Learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal issued notice way back on 22nd November, 2018.

At the time of hearing, Ms. Patra, counsel for the Petitioner further submitted that she does not have instruction.
