2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.90 of 2019 correspojnding to G.N.G.R. Case No.46 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Grama Nayalaya, Brahmagiri.

4. Since prima facie material is available against the Petitioner which discloses cognizable offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this CRLMC.

5. Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed.
