Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2.

Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below in compliance of the Courts' order dated 17th November, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to medical condition of the petitioner, he could not surrender before the learned Court below in compliance of the Court's direction and order dated 17th November, 2022 in CRLMC No. 2959 of 2022. 4.

Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the I.A. stands allowed with a direction for the petitioner to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Aul on or before 19th May, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No. 199 of 2018 corresponding to Rajkanika P.S. Case No. 0125 of 2018.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.
