This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP seeks a direction from this Court to the I.I.C., Basta Police Station for registration of the complaint filed by the petitioner as F.I.R. and taking appropriate action against the accused persons.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the I.I.C., Basta Police Station (opposite party no.3) along with a fresh complaint for registration of the same as F.I.R. In case the petitioner

// 2 // approaches the said I.I.C., he/she is directed to register the same as F.I.R, if any cognizable case is made out. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
