This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 28.10.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that W.P.(C) No.27183 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 28.10.2022, but inadvertently some typographical errors occurred in 5th line of papragraph-4, the words "Annexure-2" instead of the words "Annexure-12" and in 14th line of paragraph-4 the words Annexure-2"

instead of the words Annexure-12".

Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 5th line of paragraph-4, it be

// 2 // mentioned as "Annexure-12" in place of "Annexure-2" and in 14th line of paragraph-4, it is mentioned as "Annexure-12" in place of "Annexure-2". Rest part of the order remaining the same. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
