This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 14.11.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned 'Cuttack' in 3rd line of 4th paragraph and "Opp. Party No.2" in 6th, 8th, 9th & 10th paragraphs of the aforesaid order dated 14.11.2022 instead of 'Bargarh' and "Opp. Party No.2 & 3" respectively. Hence, he prays that the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, the expression 'Cuttack' occurred in the 3rd line of 4th paragraph and "Opp. Party No.2" in 6th, 8th, 9th & 10th paragraphs of the aforesaid order dated 14.11.2022 be read as

Rest part of the said order dated 14.11.2022 remains unaltered. 7.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
