Heard Mr. N. Jujharsingh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to release the escalation bill amount in his favour for the work "Construction of S.B. over Galia Nallah on BC Road to (Kuansar) to Chardhia Road in the District of Bhadrak for the Year 2011-12, arising out of and relating to F2 Agreement No. 06 F2/2012-13/EE". 4.

At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain such a prayer made in the Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate Authority in accordance with law in terms of the DTCN/agreement, which is applicable to him. Arun/Ananta (DR.
