The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to opposite parties to consider the application submitted under Annexure-2 as well as the show cause under Annexure-4 for settlement of the land measuring an area Ac.0.020 dec out of an area Ac. 4.2410 dec of Plot No. 996 bearing Khata No. 418 of Mouza-Raghabapur, in favour of the petitioner. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed his show cause before the Tahasildar, Salipur on 23.09.2022 under Annexure-4, which is pending consideration. 5.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the show cause filed by the petitioner under Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
