The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2 to carry out the order/instruction dated 07.09.2019 under Annexure-1 issued by Tahasildar Barbil, regarding eviction of encroachment.

Mr. B.B. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is in occupation of his own land, which has been encroached by the encroachers.

In view of such allegation of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
