1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In the 6th line of Paragrah-2 of the order dated 23.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 13908 of 2022, the words "District & Sessions Judge, Jajpur" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "J.M.F.C., Chandikhol".

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 23.11.2022, but subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
