Ms. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of review applicant, who was opposite party no.4 in the writ petition. She submits, the application is for recall of order dated 30th March, 2022, by which there was direction to provide access to writ petitioners over the land belonging to her client. She submits, subsequent to passing of said order, her client has gathered the evidence that could not be produced and, therefore, her client has come up in review.

Ms. Mohanty, learned advocate, appears on behalf of writ petitioners and submits, appeal was preferred, after which this application made suppressing filing of the appeal. She submits, her client will bring everything on record by way of filing objection. 3.

Issue notice along with this order on opposite party nos.1 to 3 in the writ petition, by registered/speed post with A.D. Applicant will put in requisites.
