Mr. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Order No.

submits, relief claimed by his client is on One Time Settlement (OTS) with opposite party-bank. To that end his client wrote letter dated 21st September, 2019 and also deposited some money. The bank did not accept the proposal and returned the deposit. 2.

Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of bank and submits, the proposal stands already rejected. 3.

Petitioner may approach opposite party-bank with fresh proposal. In event petitioner does so, the bank will consider the same and inform him the result thereon.

The writ petition is disposed of.
