This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of the police in investigation of the case registered vide Dhanupalli P.S. Case No.378 of 2019 under Sections 420/406/468/471/120-B of the I.P.C. As per the order dated 22.09.2019 of the learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur passed in I.C.C. No.288 of 2019, the above noted P.S. Case has been registered but till date no action has been taken against the accused persons.

In such view of the matter, the I.I.C., Dhanupalli

// 2 // Police Station is directed to conclude the investigation in connection with the aforesaid case at the earliest and take appropriate steps as per law.

The CRLMP stands disposed of.
