The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "In the circumstances, it is humbly prayed to this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notice as to why this case shall not be allowed and the Opp. Party Nos 2 & 3 shall not be directed to allow the petitioner to submit her application along with necessary documents for appointment of dealer for distribution of PDS articles in Champapedi Grama Panchayat under Ranpur Block in the district of Nayagarh by fixing another date.

And may pass any such other order(s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be

considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
