This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. (SS) No.62 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.89 of 2021, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar, arising out of Parjang P.S. Case No.88 of 2021, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 147/148/149/307/323/326/302 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kamakhyanagar, by order dated 21.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Since admittedly trial has commenced, this Court is not inclined to consider this bail application at this stage. 6.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of material witnesses.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
