This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks for a direction to the I.I.C., Kissannagar Police Station (opposite party no.3) to investigate the matter properly and submit the charge sheet as soon as possible.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of F.I.R., i.e., Kissannagar P.S. Case No.85 of 2022, though the opposite party no.3 has not taken any action, the petitioner has approached the Superintendent of Police, Rural, Cuttack on 21.03.2022. But till date, no action has been taken by the Superintendent of Police, Rural,

Learned counsel for the State submits that till date the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation. 6.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation as and when required. The IIC, Kissannagar Police Station is also directed to do the needful at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
