It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to WPC (OA) No. 356 of 2015 (Dr. Chittaranjan Behera v. State of Odisha), which was disposed of by this Court on 05.01.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court in WPC (OA) No. 356 of 2015 (Dr. Chittaranjan Behera v. State of Odisha), this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE
