This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Biramitrapur P.S. Case No.11 of 2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 406/34, I.P.C. During course of hearing, he submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Sundargarh (opposite party no.3) for redressal of her grievances.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court

// 2 // grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent Police, Sundargarh (opposite party no.3) by filing a grievance petition along with a certified copy of this order through Registered Post within a period of two weeks. In the event such grievance petition is received by opposite party no.3, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
