Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore, humbly, prayed that writ petition be admitted, the Opposite parties be called upon to show cause as to why they shall not be directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner vide Land Case No.20.2011 and to issue ROR in the name of the petitioner with respect to the land in question more fully described in Para-3 of the writ petition within a stipulated time and if no cause or insufficient cause is shown, the Opposite parties may kindly be directed to consider the grievances of the petitioner vide Land Case No.20/2011 and to issue ROR in the name of the petitioner with respect of land in question within a stipulated time; And to pass such order/orders, direction/directions, and/or to issue such other writ/writs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering limited request for early disposal of Land Sale Case No.20 of 2011, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs authority taking up Land Sale Case No.20 of 2011 and dispose of the
// 2 // same as early as possible but preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. This order will be worked out provided above proceeding is pending.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
