ORDER

01.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard Mr. M.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing for the State-Opposite parties. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize the service as Primary School Teacher in terms of the Government Regularization of Ganasikhyaka Notification under Annexure-6 read with Government Clarification dated 23.09.2017 and subsequent Government relaxation/clarification dated 31.03.2018 under Annexures-8 and 12, within a stipulated time. 4.

Mr. M.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since the Government has issued notification giving relaxation, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh representation annexing the Government circulars granting relaxation to such teachers and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

5.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ

petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the opposite party no.1, within fifteen days hence annexing the Government circulars granting relaxation for regularization of service, the said authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
