This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Y.S. P. Babu, learned A.G.A.

The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer.

"to direct the respondents to issue appointment order in favour of the applicant as MPHW (Female) as against the vacancies existing prior to 19.4.2012 with all service and financial benefits from the date when her juniors in the merit list of 2010 were given appointment keeping in view Government letter dated 28.1.2017 as at Annexure-10"

From the counter affidavit filed by Opp. Party No.3, it is seen that vide letter dated 8.11.2018 under Annexure-B to the counter, opp. party No.1 has been requested to issue necessary instruction with regard to the claim of the petitioner as made in the writ petition. It is further submitted that even though opp. party no.1 has been requested since 8.11.2018, but no decision has been taken by the said opp. party on the request made therein.

In that view of the matter, this Court while disposing the writ petition directs opp. party No.1 to take a decision on the request made by Opp. party No.3 vide letter dated 8.11.2018 under Annexure-B to the counter within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
