This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.9045 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 06.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner. It is further submitted that at the time of hearing of the bail application, the petitioner had no any other case. After 2016, on instruction obtained from the petitioner, it is found that the petitioner has been forwarded and entangled in two other cases excluding the present case in the year 2021. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions, the order dated 06.07.2022 is modified to the extent that in the event it is found that the petitioner has more than two criminal antecedents after 2016 except the present case, this order shall not given effect to, rest part of the order shall

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
