Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) to direct the Respondents to issue appointment order in favour of the applicant as MPHW (Female) as against the vacancies existing prior to 19.4.2012 with all service and financial benefits from the date when her juniors in the merit list of 2010 were given appointment keeping in view Government letter dated 28.1.2017 as at Annexure-10.
(ii) Any other relief/relier's as deemed fit and proper may allowed in favour of the applicant". 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition though vide letter dated 08.11.2018 under Annexure-B to the counter, the Opposite Party No.3 has requested the Government-Opposite Party No.1 to issue necessary instruction in the matter, but no instruction is being provided by the said Opposite Party and accordingly the Petitioner is eligible from getting the benefit of appointment.

In view of such factual position, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the request made by the Opposite Party No.3 in letter dated 08.11.2018 under Annexure-B within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
