1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-8, 1st line of the order dated 3rd January, 2022 instead of mentioning the name of the Petitioner as "Raju Saha", "Nazrul Seikh" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in the 1st line of paragraph-8 of order dated 3rd January, 2022 passed in BLAPL No.9047/2021 the name of the Petitioner "Nazrul Seikh" be deleted and in its place "Raju Saha" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
