Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 1st November, 2022 in CRLMC No.2968 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khalikote on or before 30th January, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No.630 of 2015 in compliance of the order dated 1st November, 2022 of this Court in CRLMC No.2968 of 2022.
