This writ petition has been filed for restraining the SubRegistrar, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.3 from registering sale deed in respect of Plot Nos.719, 1025, 1026, 1098, 1099, 856, 857 total area Ac.4.760 decimal under Khata No.137 in moza Kalamati under Burla tahasil in the district of Sambalpur. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e., on 14th November, 2022, when the matter was listed, no was present to pursue the matter. Event today none appears. Thus, it appears, Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the writ petition.
