This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the bail application at this stage with liberty to file fresh bail application in the event the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period of time.

In such view of the matter, this Court disposes of the bail application as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh bail application in the event trial of the case is not concluded within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
