The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of suspension dated 05.07.2022 under Annexure-6 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to reinstate him in service within a stipulated time.

Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was placed under suspension because she was involved in a criminal case registered as Kishorenagar P.S. Case No.67 dated 12.05.2022 under Sections 341/294/353/506 IPC and, as such, the petitioner was remained in custody for more than 48 hours.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the opposite parties to give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in the proceeding initiated against her. Ashok (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J)
