This matter was listed under the heading "For Orders" on the basis of a letter issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Ghumsur South Division which was addressed to the Court directly. 3.

Learned counsel for the State informs to this Court that same is an unintentional mistake committed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Ghumsur South Division and further undertakes to inform the Divisional Forest Officer, Ghumsur South Division that he will not commit similar type of mistake in future.
