Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Necessary direction may be issued to the Respondents, especially Respondent No.4 to sanction and disburse the 1st RACP benefits w.e.f 1.1.2013 and 2nd RACP benefits w.e.f June, 2015 in favour of the applicant along with arrears within a stipulated time."

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a

// 2 // period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
