This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of the order passed by this Court on 02.11.2022.

After going through the averments taken in the IA and upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the memo filed by Mr. Laxmidhar Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner to not press the prayer for modification of condition for furnishing property surety of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs), this Court allows the IA by dispensing with furnishing of cash surety of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) for release of the petitioner on bail. The rest of the conditions remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the IA stands disposed of.
