This I.A. is filed for condoning the delay of hardly 664 days. 2.

This Court is of the opinion that entertaining the restoration petition at this stage will seriously prejudice the parties in benefit of the order passed in RSA No.395 of 2012. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain this application at this stage, which is, hereby, rejected. (Biswanath Rath) Judge CMAPL No.283 of 2021 02.
