1. There is a note submitted by the Petitioner appearing in person in which it is acknowledged that in this year, there is going to be revival of the Cuttack Bali Yatra. The Petitioner states that he may be permitted to file a representation before the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development Commissioner to Government of Odisha for consideration of his remaining grievances in a time bound manner.

2. If the Petitioner makes such a representation regarding redressal of his remaining grievances before the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development Commissioner to Government of Odisha not later than 19th September 2022, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and after hearing the Petitioner, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon within a period of three months thereafter.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
