This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On perusal of the trial courts order, it appears that the rejection order dated 04.10.2019.

3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Appellant that the trial of the case has not yet been commenced. Therefore, the Appellant is seriously prejudiced by such delayed trial.

Considering the submissions and the rejection order is of the year 2019, this Court grants liberty to the Appellant to file a fresh bail application before the learned court below. In the event such a bail application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by any other factor.

5.

Further it is directed that in the event, the bail application is rejected by the trial court, it is open for the Appellant to file a fresh bail application before this Court.

6.

Accordingly, the CRLA is disposed of.
