This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of C.P. No.81 of 2021 (Mat Case No.81 of 2021) instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar on the ground that other two proceeding, i.e., C.T. Case No.4314 of 2018 and CMC No.71 of 2019 instituted at her instance are pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts that two other cases, which arise out of the matrimonial dispute, are pending before the appropriate Court having jurisdiction at Bhubaneswar, this

// 2 // Court directs that C.P. No.81 of 2021 (Mat Case No.81 of 2021) pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. Learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar after transfer of the C.P. Case No.81 of 2021 (Mat Case No.81 of 2021) shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months of receipt of said case record, if there is no legal impediment. 5.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
