Learned counsel for the State has furnished a letter dated 28.09.2022 of the Inspector in-charge of Borigumma police station which indicates that Borigumma P.S.

Case No.60 of has been transferred for investigation to S.T.F., C.I.D., C.B., Cuttack and S.T.F. P.S. Case No.60 of 2017 has been registered and charge of investigation was taken over on 14.09.2017. It is further mentioned that S.T.F., C.I.D., C.B., Bhubaneswar may be communicated to verify the address of the petitioner. The letter dated 28.09.2022 of

Learned counsel for the State further submitted that he may be given some time to comply the order dated 16.09.2022 regarding verification of the address of the petitioner furnished in the cause title.
