Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the pettoner and Mr. Y.S.P. Babu, learned A.G.A.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer.
"Direct the respondents to ensure the eligibility of the applicant in the physical measurement (height) and allow him to appear in the other tests for recruitment of civil constables as per advertisement under Annexure-1 and direct the respondents to weed out the beneficiaries of the illegalities committed by the in-charge of selection test under the establishment of Police Commissionerate, Bhubaneswar"

This Court finds that while issuing notice of the matter on 7.9.2018, no interim order has been passed protecting the interest of the petitioner. Mr. Babu on the other hand submitted that the selection process has already been completed with appointment of the selected candidates. It is also submitted that none of the selectee have been impleaded as opp. party in the present writ petition.

In view of such admitted position, the prayer as made in the present writ petition cannot be extended at present. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same and dismissed the Writ Petition.
