Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The appellant is in custody since 09.05.2022 in connection with Talachua Marine P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 97 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Kendrapara for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections341/294/323/307/354/506/34 of the I.P.C read with Section3(1)(r)(s)/ 3 (v)(a) of the SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989. 4.

Considering the submissions, the materials on record and the period of detention of the appellant in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the convicting Court may deem fit and proper to impose.

Accordingly, the CRLA is allowed.
