This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. P.K. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. R.C. Patnaik, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the show cause notice vide letter dated 12.03.2018 under Annexure-3 of the Opposite Party no.4. The Petitioner has further prayed to direct the Opposite Party nos.3 and 4 to consider the case of the Petitioner and to pass necessary orders since the CRLA is pending. 4.

Mr. P.K. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that against the order of conviction passed in the vigilance case, the criminal appeal is pending before this court for consideration. 5.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to keep this Writ Petition pending any further and accordingly this Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy after disposal of the criminal appeal, if he is so advised. Arun (DR. B.R. SARANGI, J.)
