Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 2.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.629 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Soro, arising out of Soro P.S. Case No.286 of 2022 for commission of alleged offences under Sections 447/323/325/307/506 of IPC and is in custody since 21.09.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Presiding Officer Special Court (Sc & ST) Balasore, by order dated 14.10.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the instruction as received by the learned counsel for the State regarding the present health condition, this Court directs that petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin.
Keeping in view the manner in which the offence has been committed and perceived threat perception, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer twice every week on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin till submission of final form.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
